I woke up pretty refreshed after eight and a half hours of sleep and got the (free) train in to work (which left on time today). I grabbed a coffee and reviewed/learned material until morning tea, during which I got another coffee. I had a Crunchy Nut bar (try them shits, they good) and some BBQ Vege Chips. …I caught myself in the kitchen not remembering how to make my burritos. I had to stop and remind myself of the process, which as far as processes go isn’t that complicated.
That’s fucked up. I’m the burrito king, and at the moment I must admit that my crown is not very well-guarded.

There are four takeaway containers full of vegan green curry in my fridge right now.
Ingredients:
Potato
Sweet potato
Carrot
Onion
Peas
Corn
Capsicum
Green curry paste
Coconut milk
After four days straight of Mi Goreng, this is a dramatic improvement.
